Hey, Greyston fans! Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching and what better way to celebrate than with a decadent brownie treat! Our Research & Development team has created a delicious and simple dessert that you can make for your special someone using your favorite Greyston products!
Brownie Dessert Parfaits
Makes Two Servings
- 4 ea. Greyston Bakery Chocolate Fudge Brownies
- 1 qt. Strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 pt. Heavy Whipping Cream
- ½ C. Powdered Sugar
- 1 ea. Dark Chocolate Bar
Step One: Layer sliced strawberries in the bottom and up the sides of a clear glass cup or jar.
Step Two: In a mixer, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until peaks form.
Step Three: Carefully spoon whipped cream on top of strawberries until your desired height is reached.
Step Four: Cube brownies into small, bite-sized pieces. Layer on top of whipped cream.
Step Five: Add another dollop of whipped cream on top of brownies pieces.
Step Six: Grate dark chocolate bar on top of whipped cream.
These treats can be eaten immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to six hours lightly covered with plastic wrap.
Like all of our recipes, this is completely customizable. So, feel free to swap in a different Greyston brownie or blondie, a different fruit or get creative and add some nuts or mini chocolate chips!
