Westbrook points out that many corporate clients are “comfortable” making much larger orders of brownies, up to 500 or 1,000 in some cases, “because they know they’re still going to get the same level of great service from us as if they were ordering a few smaller boxes. They want to support small, artisan brands, they like our own unique setup, and they know that we have an endless inventory,” she adds.

“We receive a lot of feedback from our customers and it’s mainly along the lines that they absolutely love our brownies and blondies,” Westbrook says. “And with the positive impact factor I mentioned earlier, it makes it that much sweeter for them to know that they’re making a positive contribution for individuals who face or did face barriers to employment. It’s for those two reasons that most of our customers have been ordering from us for over five years.”
