We are thrilled to announce that Greyston's 2013 Annual Benefit will honor Jeffrey Koslowsky, former Greyston Board Chairman, and Sandy Loewentheil and Ron Moelis, co-Founders of L+M Development Partners, a leader in developing affordable, mixed-income and market rate housing. L+M and Greyston recently partnered to open a new $32 million multifamily housing development in Yonkers that provides 92 modern, energy-efficient apartments for current and future families in the City of Yonkers.

This year’s benefit, to be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 from 6:30pm-9:00pm at X2O Xaviar’s on the Hudson, will celebrate the culmination of Greyston’s 30^th Anniversary of building communities and providing jobs and resources for individuals to build better lives.

We hope that you will join us as we honor Jeff, Sandy and Ron who have critically supported Greyston in our efforts to provide housing and opportunity to individuals and families in Yonkers and Westchester County.
