Greyston Health Services - Maitri Center, Adult Day Health Center for Individuals living with HIV/AIDS:
Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator Job Description: Conduct outreach; complete referrals, applications, and all necessary steps for admission for individuals who are eligible for the program.
Requirements: High School Diploma and Associates Degree (or higher) in Human Services or a related field. Working knowledge of HIV and government entitlement programs is preferred. Prior experience providing intakes and outreach services for a health care program is a plus.

Registered Nurse, Part-Time Job Description: Responsible for coordinating monthly medical evaluations for HIV+ clients via nursing assessments which seek to ensure medical compliance, maintain up-to-date immunization statuses, monitor vital signs, and take social history. Also responsible for laboratory and imaging reports. Position is 3 days/week, 9am - 2pm.
Requirements: Current Registered Nurse status, experience in reading laboratory and imaging reports. Must have a cooperative Team Spirit.

Contract Compliance Administrator Job Description: Responsible for effective data management and compliance to grant requirements for all Greyston programs. Full-time position reporting to the Grants Manager. Salary is commensurate with experience. Greyston offers a comprehensive benefits package with major medical, dental, and a defined 403(b) plan.
Requirements: 2-3 years of data management and/or grants management experience. Proficient computer skills, excellent verbal and written skills, organizational and follow-up skills and techniques, the ability to effectively engage other staff in projects which require their attention, the ability to multi-task competing priorities, and to gather, interpret, and analyze diverse data sets and generate timely reports are essential to this position.

Job Description: Manage the development and administration of all Human Resources for Greyston Foundation and its entities: Greyston Bakery, Greyston Family Inn, Greyston Health Services, and The Maitri Center. Salary is commensurate with experience. Position reports to Chief Financial Officer. Greyston offers a comprehensive benefits package with major medical, dental, and defined 403(b) plan.
Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience, with a minimum of 3 years leading a Human Resources function. Experience working in multi-divisional, non-profit and for-profit organizations. Strong labor relations skills, direct experience with collective bargaining and the specific needs of a unionized workforce. Knowledgeable of all Human Resources-related laws and regulations. A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leader who is able to work with minimal support staff. Ability to perform with a high-level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal skills, and a strong team orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS. Passion for the Greyston mission of helping individuals and families visualize and realize paths to self-sufficiency.
